    Plants as Providers of Fine Chemicals

    Keynote address by: Professor Monique Simmons FRES, Deputy Keeper of the Jodrell Laboratory and Head of the Sustainable Uses of Plants, Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew.
     

    This conference will highlight recent advances in plant chemistry, in particular the application of plant extracts or purified compounds as plant protection agents, cosmetic ingredients, nutraceuticals, medicines or biobased polymers and packaging. Speakers at this event will be experts from government, industry and academia. Researchers working in the field of plant chemistry are invited to attend this very relevant event.
